One focused workspace

A repeatable outbound calling workflow

Rapidialer keeps the list, browser softphone, talk track, and call outcome together so agents can move from one qualified lead to the next.

  1. Open a calling list

Import a CSV, map your fields, and open a Dialer session. See the queue, lead context, and callable count before you place a call.

  2. Call from the browser softphone

Make and receive calls with Twilio Voice WebRTC. The Dialer shows call status and uses the caller ID from your Twilio numbers.

  3. Follow the right talk track

Guide each conversation with staged scripts. Merge fields can pull contact, company, and last-note details into the script.

  4. Log the outcome and continue

Save a disposition and notes after every call. Turn on Power dial to move through the list without losing the call context.

The better way to call

Replace disconnected calling tools with one dialer

A desk phone, spreadsheet, and separate script make every call harder to manage. Rapidialer gives your outbound team one browser-based workspace on top of Twilio Voice.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Answers about Twilio, power dialing, seats, trials, inbound calls, and exports.

What is a BYO-Twilio power dialer?

Rapidialer is a browser-based power dialer that connects to your own Twilio account. It organizes calling lists, scripts, and call outcomes while Twilio provides your phone numbers and voice service.

Do I need a Twilio account to use Rapidialer?

Yes. Rapidialer is bring-your-own-Twilio. You connect credentials and numbers so telephony spend and calling compliance stay on your Twilio account.

Is Twilio usage included in the seat price?

No. Seats cover Rapidialer (softphone UI, lists, scripts, history, team). Minutes, numbers, and other Twilio charges bill on Twilio. There is no telephony markup from Rapidialer.

How does per-seat pricing work?

$5/seat/month or $49/seat/year. Add seats when you invite people (owner, admin, or agent).

What is included in the trial?

14 days, one seat, no card. After that, upgrade on Billing to keep dialing.

Can Rapidialer receive inbound calls?

Yes. Leave the Dialer (Call) tab open so the softphone can ring. Outbound lists and talk tracks work in the same session.

What dispositions can agents log?

Connected, No answer, Voicemail, Callback, Not interested, Wrong number, and Other, plus notes. History is filterable and exportable as CSV.

Can we change seats or cancel later?

Yes, from Billing in the app. Active subscriptions update seats through the payment provider, with prorations when applicable.
