Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Rapidialer by Botcadence ("Rapidialer," "the service"), operated by Botcadence. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Rapidialer provides a browser-based softphone, contact lists, call scripts, dispositions, team seats, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and seats

You are responsible for activity under your organization and for keeping credentials secure. Seat limits and roles apply as configured in the product and your subscription.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed per seat on a monthly or yearly basis. Free trials, when offered, may limit seats or duration. Fees for Rapidialer seats do not include Twilio voice usage, phone numbers, or other Twilio charges.

Twilio and compliance

You must maintain a valid Twilio account and comply with applicable calling, messaging, and privacy laws (including consent and do-not-call rules) for numbers and contacts you dial. Rapidialer is not responsible for your telephony configuration or outbound compliance practices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use Rapidialer for unlawful calling or spam.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Botcadence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Rapidialer or third-party telephony providers.
